I'm looking to see how much interest and support there might be for a swingers club in Cornwall.

There seems to be an increasing number of people down here who are becoming swingers as well as visitors

It might need to be something on an industrial estate (like unit 18 was) due to high property prices and finding a suitable venue.

Please let me know your thoughts

You would probably struggle to make a profit from a club because of small attendances. It costs a lot of money to instal top quality facilities, and you could end up loosing most of it.

Perhaps you could "test the water" by starting monthly social meets for a year or so. These will give you an idea of the likely attendances, which you could use for budgeting.

I investigated the possibility of interesting a Plymouth sauna (homosexuals' club) in holding swingers nights. This was about a year ago. They decided not to go ahead. If you let me know your email address, I'll send you copies of all of the paperwork.
