We are thinking of hosting a small and discreet swinging party/meet at our holiday villa in the south of France for a long weekend (friday-monday) We are just really looking for ideas of how to go about this, who would be interested, and how to easily organise it? We have had meets before but not organised anything like this, any advise would be welcome.

It's not quite the same but I've organised socials on here and you get a lot of interest but a low % who turn up.

So for something like that you'd need to have trusted and committed guests

That sounds awsome! If it were my villa though I think I'd only be inviting people I knew or people that were recommended by very trusted friends. Shouldn't be to hard as long as people have notice and you know a few you'd like to invite or have friends that do...
