Not the staff, absolutely not. I've been to one where the proprietor really didn't take kindly to some polite, non public, constructive feedback on a very poor experience I had in his club and he then subsequently acted like an arrogant, petulant teenager. Funnily enough, that was the last time I ever set foot in the place.

4 clubs so far, have yet to experience one where the hosts have been anything but friendly and welcoming.

I can't imagine any club staying in business long term if they're any other way!

I host and co-host parties for Eureka Lifestyle Club in Kent...I am always friendly and I never stop interacting and looking after party guests, as that is what I love to do.....I find personality is key and have come across hosts who lack this...I guess clubs/hosts/parties need to choose more wisely.....

No but if they did I'd complain to the club management. I've been told off lots though for various things but that's because I'm naughty

Our staff and hosts represent us and Townhouse; if they behaved in any way other than impeccable, they would be out on their ear!

If you have had a bad experience with a host and they are not the owners, tell the owners straight away!! They would not risk their business for a poor host. If it was the owner, give them feedback on their conduct, if they don't take it onboard, don't go back as they don't deserve your business!

Yes, I have been called a bit h by one member of staff at one club and we haven't returned because of it. My partner was the one making the fuss but I am an easy target being a woman. Of course, they were in for a shock because he is the push cat, not me, and we were big advocates of the club and had recommended a lot of people. Such a pity because it was ideal for us, but some people think they sore more important than they are. for that person I see it as they had a lot of underlying insecurities. I don't have any in that way, must be my age I think as I don't feel that anyone can make me feel insecure
