Hiya forum

Myself and my partner Christian have decided to venture into club life

Now as much as we are no newbies to playing in general the club scence however is new to us!

We've decided to make our first visit to a club on sat and initially we decided on _tasia,but now we're not to sure because of feedback there were hearing..for example,the club is full of drugs and d*unks and that the entrance and exit to the club is dodgy because your likely to get mauled by coloured gentleman from an ajoining club??

No I'm sure there a few out that that would adore that attention but as newbies we rather pass Hehehehe

So that brings me to my post,,,we would really appreciate and advice and/or feedback on clubs to make it a little easier for us to make our decision

near the sounds of the wimborne quarter jack!

You have a lot of bad information Paul and Flick have transformed this club in recent years, buying the "club" next door (actually the old pub) incorporating it into the club. Secondly, they run a well respected club that I would happy to recommend any time so no drugs etc. They even have an agreement with the Premier Inn next door for discounts on rooms!

Forget what you`ve been told and give it a try!

My Own Little World

You have 2 clubs about 45 minutes away.

VA at Tempsford and Jaydees near St. Neots.

I've been to both but JDs is my favourite, IMO it is the friendlier club by far.

Don't know who told you about _tasia, but to put it bluntly they are talking bollocks!

There are loads of great clubs, it all depends on what you are looking for, some clubs have a dress down policy after a certain time, some clubs dont and are more of a nightclub feel. Have a look at the club review section and make an informed choice. Visit a few and get your own view.

I went for the first time last Saturday, and ut was nothing like this. It was very safe and welcoming, and didn't see any drug use. It is a bit loud as it is more of a nightclub with some very interesting, small playrooms attached. Because it quite loud, I did notice that a lot of the new couples, including us, did find it hard to get talking to other couples, and kind of stand around awkwardly, and we would have probably preferred to go with a group of people, which I hope we will do next time! Id suggest chameleons on a saturday for your first club, as its very easy to chat to other people there. People will start up convos with you, and there's a big choice of play or chill areas. Everyone changes to towels or lingerie upon entry so no awkwardness about taking clothes off. Much more conducive to play.

The chill out area upstairs can be great for getting to know others as it's quieter

I agree with the lady above who said you've been told complete and utter 'bollocks' ... The staff at Xtasia run a tight ship. Bags are checked by security as you walk into reception to ensure that mobile phones and drugs aren't taken into the club!!

Not sure what you mean by 'coloured guys'.. But to address the other part of the post regarding the adjoining club, as someone else has said they have bought this and it is now a bar for members to use if they wish to before the club opens. There is also a dungeon area attached to the bar for those who are into the fet scene. The bar - flirts bar - and the club itself are surrounded by a fence and there is an intercom / keypad system for getting in. This ensures that you will be safe from the hassle of 'non-lifestylers'

If you chose to believe the misinformation you have been given then that's up to you. There are loads of fantastic clubs out there. I'd suggest reading the club review section

Xtasia is a great club, never seen any drugs, never had any hassle, and the owners run it fantastically. So whatever you have been told it sounds like someone with no knowledge of the place.

In the area around you you have Vanilla Alternative and Jaydees as well which are both good clubs and recommended by many.

If your wanting Birmingham way there is also Chameoleons in Darleston, a dress down club.

We would recommend any of the above

Would be wonderful if you decided to come and visit us, see what you think, and then post your own response to whoever gave you that information. Infact, have it on us...would be an honour!

Wow that's some feedback about xstasia! Did you look at the club reviews to see what others were saying about it? I have been to xstasia twice and it was nothing like described. Like another couple stated best to go with a group as talking can be difficult of you don't know anyone and when I've been the chill out room has been very quiet. It's not my first choice of club due to it being like a nightclub, I'd rather stay local and just go to the town, but that's my preference.

Saturdays at chams are couples and single fems, can't say too much on the night as I prefer fridays. But there are a few areas where people choose to socialise and it is a very welcoming club. ,

I always find to get a genuine review of something you can't choose to only read the negative reports. You should read all reports good and bad and then make an informed decision.

We've been to Xtasia, just the once, and found none of the negative points you raise to be relevant. It was well run, we felt safe & never hassled inside or out and didn't have any issues regards drugs or overt d*unkeness.

Get yourself over there on Saturday and I'm sure u will have a great time

I think the person who has told you this information has not set foot in Xstasia for along time as their information is totally out of date .....and total bollocks.

Sound like the usual "don't go there because " ..... Sour grapes from other clubs usually

Up here in Manchester and the surrounding hamlets we all get on. Promote each other's clubs and Slap each other onthe back after a long day down the pit ... In fact we have a communial whippet and time share on hobnail boots and flat caps ..... Who said its " grim up north ". Go try it forget the reviews least u can cross it off the list of great swinging clubs
