Kestrels

What happens during the day at kestrels if the weather isn't great and you cant sunbathe?

That's probably a really stupid question, but I'd like to try it out soon but don't want to go if all I can do is sauna and swim.

Hiya. They will put the cover over the pool. The hot tubs are covered anyway. There is a covered seating area also where u can sit. Miss C. Xx

We went regularly during last winter and had some great days. There are always plenty of people to chat to and it's quite a big place with seated covered areas and a nice room with floor cushions where you can just chat.

Slough

Several heated cabins, all the rooms in the constantly toasty warm dungeon block and all the facilities mentioned. We find the lack of sunshine encourages being friendly. Less people attend but those who do tend to congregate in the warmer spots and it can be a good time.

Remember to bring a dressing gown and flip flops if it is cold. There is hot water and a microwave available

Take flip flops or something for your feet. They've tightened right up on people who used to go barefoot xx

Kestrels out of season has a much more social feel to it. cooler weather means people are more likely to talk to each other - best chats are in the hot tubs in the pouring rain or snow. There's a lot more playing too as people don't tend to try and work on their tans and it's cooler so you have to do things to keep warm!

It works in different ways according tithe time of year. The dungeon comes into its own in winter.

I don't agree. The sun makes everyone happy and the place is never as packed in the winter. I've had fun there in winter and summer but I definitely prefer the summer there.

The summer atmosphere is fantastic when it's sunny.

The pool is a good place to socialise too.
