Monday nights at AbFabs is Bi-Night although it seems to attract a wide range of people. You don't need an invite. Just turn up with photo ID and pay a one off membership fee (More details are on their website).

I've had some great times on the Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday nights I have visited and also some that have not been so good but that's the same with all clubs.
