My partner is pretty nervous about attending a swingers club so we were considering the next best thing - staying next to a swingers club - such as the hotel at Liberty Elite....

Has anybody stayed there..?

Does it get too noisy....?

Is it too far removed from the actual club to experience the atmosphere..?

And are there any other places for newbies nervous about sipping toes into a club but maybe want to feel aroused by association - so to speak?

A lot of clubs have social areas where play doesn't take place but you can chat to people, in Birmingham there is Chams and Xtasia, both of which have these. You don't have to go to the play areas at all unless you want to.

maybe something like that would work well?

Some things to ponder - may just try booking a room and getting naughty on our own first....the hotel rooms look pretty cosy on the website

Will probably exhaust ourselves with room fun methinks!!

It's a step in a naughty direction though - and the club may be too much at this stage of our journey xx

Yes the rooms are just at the back of the garden, maybe 50meters max fro the rear of the club.

They are great as you don't have to worry about getting a taxi back and also you can have a drink after hours with whomever you choose to bring back or alone if you prefer.

I would recommend booking a few weeks in advance especially if it is an event night (such as Ms deviants chic nights).

You get a little fridge for the drinks and a small breakfast for the morning as well which helps to stave off the hangover from the night.

I think they answer the phones from about 7 most evenings so you can book in, check in is after 5pm from memory

The club is very relaxed don't worry, more of a wine bar than what we thought a club would be like. The staff and clientele are great and you won't be pestered into doing anything just go and enjoy the atmosphere and get a feel for the place, we often go and simply relax in the hot tub or chat in the bar.

Thank you..

We'll see to book in advance on an events night - just because it'll be busier and perhaps feel sexier, even if we're 50 metres away!

There are newbie nights (I think on a Thursday) which are a great introduction to the club. Best thing to do is call and ask them what they recommend, the staff are really friendly and helpful. Trust me you won't regret a visit there

Another option, albeit a little further away, would be The Vanilla Alternative that has (very comfortable and clean) rooms upstairs from the club at reasonable prices (£60 a night plus club entry) - access to the club itself is down the stairs from your room. There's a decent bar/social area, and then separate play areas/hot tub etc. A friendly, no pressure atmosphere abounds.

So you could book a room, head down to the social area, chill out in the hot tub and go from there, if you're comfortable move on to play areas, if not it's easy to head back upstairs to your room.

That all said have heard good things about Liberty Elite too, just never visited.

Liberty's was the first club we went to. It's totally non-intimidating. There's a bar and dance floor which could be in any club. You could easily spend the entire evening there and have a nice time. If you feel a bit naughty you can find private, lockable rooms upstairs, where you'll be left alone.

The jacuzzi is in the big playroom, where you'll find space you can be on your own as well, although there'll be other couples on nearby beds.

I'd definitely recommend a Saturday (no single men).

Go for it - you'll love it

I reiterate the above. A very good club for newbies and the accomondation at the back is good, so that you needn't worry about driving, after having a drink and fun.
