I know there has been a lot on the forums since the weekend but I urge everyone; those that attended or not, those active in the lifestyle or not to take action now!

At the best the tabloids have broken the human rights act article 8 "the right to control the dissemination of information about one’s private life, including photographs taken covertly"

At worst they have broken the Criminal Justice and Courts Act 2015, Section. 33 or what is better known as revenge porn and the journalists could face a 2 year custodial sentence.

Why revenge porn? okay imagine you met someone in a pub, they gain your trust, you have sex and are filmed covertly and it is placed online. In this case it was a private event, on private land, they gained the trust of the community and so gained access, took photographs covertly and published in print and online with the intent to humiliate and intimidate the subject.

The Sun today removed the webpage, but too late as the webcrawlers have spawned the photos on other sites, but it proves they know they are on thin ice.

Finally I'd suggest that we consider some-kind of fundraising maybe using justgiving (you can donate anonymously) to help fund any legal costs of those wishing to press charges.

We got just about photographed last year when the security failed at the end of the event too...
