New swingers club in North East

Middlesbrough/Helmsley NY

So I am thinking of starting up my swingers club in the teesside area I was just wondering if people think it's a good idea as the only one in the north east I know of is club f and a little further down is quest in Leeds so do u think its a good idea or not ??? X

If you have experience running a business, hosting events and dealing with councils and other officials then yeah.

If you experience is just living somewhere... then no

Putting the 'cum' in Eboracum

I've seen these posts come and go and only one new club has even managed to stay open for over a year. The last one in the North East didn't last long, and the third Yorkshire club is only open intermittently.

Unless you have a lot of capital and a really good location, you're on a hiding to nothing.

Maybe start by organising private parties at your home or renting an apartment for the odd night.....gain some experience and build up a clientele and reputation before committing more capital...

you can certainly try... and best of luck to you....

i have been in the swinging scene for best part of 10 years... and teeside and their councils are some of the most non tolerant I have seen

the longest i have ever seen a club survive is about 3 weeks..... then it is either shut down by the council or the police
