Night Out & Club Suggestions (Midlands)

Hi.

We are looking for somewhere new to try. However we like to have a night out before heading to a club (this is why usually go to La Chambre as we know we can go round Sheffield first). We usually get a hotel as only one of us drives and not having a drink on a night out isn't as much fun.

So ideally we need to find somewhere we have not yet been to (or get some tips on the clubs we have been to with places to try beforehand), these are the clubs we have tried so far: Xtasia, Chameleons in Darlston, Liberty Elite, The Attic, Tease II and as mentioned La Chambre in Sheffield.

We like to go for a meal have a few drinks and a dance, so ideally looking for clubs with their own bar as carrying crates of booze around a city center on a night out is not do-able (or are there any clubs close to off-licenses where we could pick up supplies on the way in the taxi?)

Cupids could be a possibility, however it's a bring your own beer night and not sure if there is anything close to it for a night out (taxi ride into Manchester could get expensive and again can't carry the booze around with us). Same goes for Quest in Leeds as Leeds is an awesome night out but not sure how we could incorporate a night out first?

We now have to get a babysitter for nights out so only about once a month if that do we get the chance to play out. We have noticed things are allot quieter everywhere than they used to be. So ideally need to be visiting a club when there's an event on so there's more chance of it being busy.

Probably going to be end of July or End of August when we can get out again. Any ideas fab people?

Cheers.

It's not in the Midlands but seeing as you mentioned Cupids , Amour's in central Man may fit the bill. Right near the MEN, lots of hotels and a short walk to central manc if it's not for you. They have a number of events on. I went to the last Bonkathon and it was very busy. Details in the forum (think next one is 15th July). Have fun

Kettering

Can I put The Vanilla Alternative into the melting pot. Licensed bar and 12 on-site hotel rooms. Would suggest Saturday night when it's couples and single ladies only. Massive hot tub. Check out further details on club's website.

Quest - best club we have been to and great reviews.

Appreciate you said you didn't want to haul crates of beer around so you bring just your sexy selves and we will bring the beer

Xx

"Wasn't aware atlantis sold beer the op ideally wanted somewhere that sold beer "

Or off licence close by which there is or call at supermarket and drop the drink at the club first.

If you are thinking of crates of drinks will you be in a fit state to swing?

Never stopped her before - She's a Geordie! & I like my John Smiths, it takes a crate of that stuff to just get going!

Think you've covered the midlands ones in your post.

There's the townhouse, up north a bit, that's a licensed bar from what I recall and a nice club too.
