We are looking at going to a club soon, we are a young couple who are newish to the scene where can people recommend is there any specific nights that are best?

Take a look at the reviews for Club Atlantis Evolution in Burslem, Stoke-on-Trent. Couples and single ladies only on Saturday nights, single gents also allowed on Friday nights.

Yep. What he said.^^^ I go as a single lady and I feel safer and more relaxed there than at a normal pub. Very friendly, welcoming environment. Like a nightclub downstairs and naughty stuff upstairs. No pressure. No one judges. Just a lovely fun place.

As you`re on the eastern side of the county, The Attic in Derby would be closer but I have no experience of either club so cannot advise otherwise.

We've been to every club that has been mentioned so far. I wouldn't recommend the attic for a first visit, might scare you off, unless you want more guys? Lc is good, clubs atmosphere with the benefits of a swingers club, Atlantis evo is OK, nothing bad about it just didn't stand out for us, not really too much there and by far the best is liberty elite. Its a bit more expensive but the people there are amazing, both staff and guests, the facilities are amazing and the whole place is clean and welcoming.

We second this, we went once, stayed 30 mins, could not get out of the place quick enough. To many pushy single guys, we even got approached by a scruffy looking guy in the car park asking for sex, then found him wondering around the club. Worst club we have ever been to. Sorry

been to most of the clubs mentioned.. always had a great time at the attic and lc... chams is always great..

quest in leeds is very friendly too but not that local. but from where the op are.. cant really go wrong with the attic.. as always friendly and fun

I have to agree with this statement. Can't beat Atlantis for first visit to a club. It's not huge, so you don't get lost. It has the facilities you need and is an extremely friendly club, full of fun friendly people. I have not been very often, but each time I go, I feel that people are really pleased to see me. A super first club with a very special atmosphere.

excuse me.... but it attracts a wide variety of clientele.... just because some people may not be to your liking...

your welcome to your opinion of the club but dont start looking down your nose at those that attend. Im well travelled in clubs.. and still happily recomend the attic ...

Not looking down our nose at all but we personally have never found it great when we have been. We get on with most people generally when we meet, however the clientele of the attic hasn't been for us.

I think the best way to describe it, is for us, we go to a club to have a drink, socialise, and hopefully play if we meet someone we like. We find Attic goers generally go to the club to fuck, regardless of who is there, and that isn't our way.

I'm sure there will be people posting now saying oh no, it's not like that at all, but it has been our experience so that's all we can go by.

We have friends who go, and like it, and we have met quite a few others who feel the same as us. People need to hear both sides, but will ultimately make up their own mind

It's not necessary about which club it's more about you and your expectations. If you go to literally any club and chat to others you will probably have a good time. If, and we see this often, you sit in a corner keeping yourself to yourself then you'll be disappointed. Have fun

We find the attic to be a fantastic night out .

Yes some nights a few to many single guys are let in but there harmless .

The club is big enough with enough rooms to find the room for you . Mirror room our favourite followed closely by the big cpls room .

There's good social areas big dance area . We have even spoken to a few of the guys in there better than spending hours on fab . Usually find most are polite and normal and there are in the club for pretty much as we are . A polite no thanks seems to work .

Attic ticks all the boxes for us . Good social area . Good music and dance floor plus poles . Hot tub . Friendly staff and people . Security is good so happy days
