Midlands clubs - bbw?

Hi all

We're very nee, and quite nervous, but we really want to go to a good, busy club. I'm quite big, size 22, and so is my fella which makes us really self conscious. Through experience, which clubs in the Midlands would be best for us?

If you feel self-conscious why not try a BBW night, then you know most of the women there will be larger.

I went to the BBW night at Jaydees last friday and I know they are having another later this month.

Personally hate to think that size is a barrier to going anywhere. We desperately try to avoid BBW nights, just as much as we try to avoid doing "Skinnies nights". Get a good crowd together, friendly, fun folks, then size really shouldn't matter to anyone.

I'm a big girl and have never been made to feel my weight is an issue at any of them. The bbw events even had me once or twice refused for not being big enough

Chams bbw bash is always a good one... Jaydees is lovely but even the more local clubs to you welcome all sizes.

I go to clubs all over and hoping to try abfabs/kestrels next x

Try Atlantis Evolution in Burslem, Stoke-on-Trent very friendly and welcoming.

I was about to suggest Atlantis in Stoke area, but someone beat me to it. Not as big as Chams, but a very friendly and welcoming place. Check out the reviews. X

Chams is great.

Im big (fat is the word i use generally lol) and i never feel akward or out of place there except saturday nights. We never go then now though as we prefer daytimes.

If you look in the organised meets section, there is a BBW event at Chams on the 5th June. If you put your names down on the list you won`t need to take out membership. If you decide you like the club then you can apply for membership afterwards!

City Celts Leicester doesn't seem to have specific BBW nights but I'm fat and go there, never had any horrid remarks or anything and always been welcomed with open arms. Size is irrelevant there

Same concerns here.

A is a ssbbw (by her own definition) and we don't want any body concious situations to spoil the evening.

Not sure if going on a bbw night is best or just a non specific night?

I have no idea why saturday nights are the exception. Could be the mix of people, i don't know.

We never go saturday nights now and havn't been then for a while as we now prefer daytimes and as we now only look for single guys then saturday nights are a waste of time as they are for couples and single fems

Hi hun.. i would suggest the private club!! Regardless of size you would be very welcomed!! Birminghams best kept secret, 6 parties a week. Look on our website for events and you can call for more info!!
