Swingers clubs and Sex clubs

For anyone who's been to both, what's the difference? Is there a difference or is it just a case of sex club sounds more professional/upper class/expensive?

We've been to a couple of swingers clubs and I've always been left feeling a bit "meh" but the idea of a bdsm club doesn't float my boat either. Just wondered if there was something else for the grey area these clubs don't seem to cover?

We've done house parties which have been epic but just wondering what else might be out there

I don't think sex club sounds more upper class?

I find swingers clubs really vary. Maybe you need to have a read of various websites and reviews and see which might suit you.

I have been to clubs where you strip off and wander around in sexy lingerie and towels and sexual activities go on everywhere. I have been to clubs that are more like a nightclub, with music, dancing, chatting going on initially, before people go to a different area of the club for sexy play.

The atmosphere varies from club to club. So maybe you haven't found the right club for you ?

I'm not looking for anything specifically, just wondered if they were actually two different niches appealing to different people or the same thing with a "different hat" lol

I think that a sex club is a private members club that people can pay for sex with employed hosts. (Essentially a licenced brothel)

A swingers club is a club where sex can happen between consenting adults with no money changing hands because the people people attending want to do it.

I may be wrong??!! But that's how I understand it.

Yeah, think the same, sex clubs have paid hosts that play openly usually with a group of single men.

Our opinion is a swingers club is basically a club for like minded people to socialise and play if they wish. A sex club is where they have paid girls working so basically anyone is almost gaurenteed sex. Thats our interpritation.
