Myself I prefer private meets! Be it a social or play I know exactly who I'm meeting & no distractions from other pple. & the £35 wld have spent on entry club fee goes to bottles of bubbly & nibbles lol I'm a considerate host

Interesting reading this! As somebody that is yet to meet, I had in my mind that I would want to do a private meet before clubs. But thinking about it, I can imagine meeting in a club can maybe remove some of the awkwardness?

I (Dan) really enjoy private parties. No worries if one of the couples doesn't turn up, guaranteed play and easy to chat to other people. I like clubs too though, always lots of choice and sexy people around

I prefer going to clubs and seeing who's there. I do do private meets, but only with those I have met socially or in a club first and would feel comfortable accommodating

Both. They offer different things although I would say clubs are a better bet for not being let down by someone not showing up. Usually a bad day if you go to a club and no one else turns up!

There is quite a disappointment if you plan a private meet and the other party doesn't show or goes quiet on you - feels like a wasted opportunity especially if you had a couple of options and ended up choosing what ultimately turned out to be the wrong one.

I can see the benefits of both private and clubs, we've had very little luck with private meets off here, far too many time wasters, we've had a few good meets and some terrible meets. At least with a club there's likely to be someone you'll chat to and maybe even had some fun with.

Only ever go clubs these days, especially if I'm on my own. Nothing to do with being let down at private meets... I just enjoy the anonymity of it all. Don't need to know who anyone is and there's always lots of fun to be had (naughty or not). I don't like 1 on 1. It's too intimate.

We have tried private meets in the past and they just haven't worked. So much potential for things to go wrong and they have. We found that going to a club, we could see people at face value, they have made the effort to turn up, there's no issue of pics being 20 years out of date and you can have a convo before moving to the next base. xx

And if they aren't for me then, well to be honest there are plenty of others to choose from right there

Personally I don't understand folks doing private meets these days. You swap a couple of photo's on Fab, and check out their interests and profile, and then assume from that you'll all get on like a house on fire!! Really??? Just so many other factors to consider.

At least in the club environment, you can quickly decide on how you feel, and move on if required to other folks who may be more your type. And they in turn, having discovered they're not for you, can do the same, no loss all round.

I know we're a club and would of course have this opinion, but surely choice of 200 others is better than risking a single meet?

As for those out there still worrying about their first ever meets...surely its better to go somewhere for a possible meet, where if you don't like what you see for whatever reason, you can easily back out and move on to others?

Clubs first. Then the possibility may exist of meeting elsewhere in the future... But why bother? Hotels still have to be travelled to and paid for.... And seem so sterile and forced intimacy.

I can get fuckes by a dozen guys in a club over the course of a night without any hassle. Or none -/and if that happens we can just play ourselves in a sultry environment.

We (especially Mrs) just find the "meet in a bar, back for a shag" routine very awkward and clinical.

We liken our club nights to Narnia, we walk through the door, leave our vanilla lives behind, and enter our secret world for a few hours.

If someone wants to meet us there then that is fine. If it is a no show then we still have a good night, or ditto if we just don't click with the meet.

We are wary of private meets -

Finding ourselves in situations that are awkward to get out of is the biggest concern. But on the other hand we'd really like to get to know people we can chat with as well as cum with We have really enjoyed our club visits but the "getting to know you" bit can be elusive. I think we'd like to find people we can connect with at a club and then perhaps meet up elsewhere at another time. X
