It's not ignorant.

The site FAQs specifically state no reply = no interest. It is not rude, I don't reply mostly because of abuse I have received when doing so, that is not acceptable, and that is ignorance to someone's wishes.

You don't have to be doing anything wrong most of mine sent unread deleted or blocked for asking if they happy chatting to my age all you can do is accept and move on.

OP, if you were to look at your profile, would you respond to a message from that profile?

With profiles, read them, see if you feel you fit in the users preferences and wishes, write a message based upon that.
