Ok so I've just turned 24 and I'm single and looking to try and visit my first club sometime in may.

Rather nervous as il be going alone, but I'm a quietly confidant guy and I'm sure it will pass once I'm through the doors.

I live sort of inbetween Sheffield and Doncaster.

Could anybody advise me on what the best localish clubs are. And just as a sort of generalisation what sort of age groups can I expect to see. I just seem to get the impression that the club scene is mainly the more mature singers. Hope that doesn't offend anyone.

Stoke area

I would suggest you try Atlantis Evolution in Burslem, Stoke. The age limit there is 18 and there are usually a few people in their 20s about. It's a nightclub style club. Relaxed club for socialising and dancing....great music, with nawty fun upstairs.
