"Let the couples deal with it. It is none of your business. However if it does bother you then I guess you could tell staff. Mr will normally tell a guy for me but if I have to them I am quite loud about it but would never belittle anyone x just say you have already been told no, now leave us alone please . " There's no need to be rude.

"In your situation I'd have just walked off. We have had it before. Some guy just started groping her and I said If you don't go away now you will not be walking out of here. strong reaction I know but what he did was sexual assault. Nikki has had guys waking next to her and she laughed and said what the fuck is that? And he was embarrassed and went away quick sharp." You make a good point ...at what point would something of this nature be a sexual assault... Men run a real risk of getting in trouble.

We have been going to Clubs for probably ten years and never once had an issue with a pushy or rude guy other than when we played in a public area cos all the rooms were full. Single guys are bound to be horny and some may even be desperate but in all situations that we have experienced so far, the words "no thanks" was sufficient. It is inconceivable how a single guy can get so close and be unnoticed until the moment that he touches the woman. There is generally an indication of intent long before the guy gets too close and a shake of the head should be all that is needed.

If you touch someone sexually without consent, then it's sexual assault. Ask first. Touch second.

Especially the female half! Please, please stop bitching about men, it's not all them acting badly and it puts off other men from attending.

Half an hour later, SHE approached me and small talk let to 45 minutes of pure fucking. In short, respect NOS and you never know; they might turn to YESES later on.

"... If you touch someone sexually without consent, then it's sexual assault. Ask first. Touch second." This should be explained to every person, every time they go to a club. Exactly these words.

" But we, and lots of couples we know, like to be approached with a touch when we're playing in open rooms. There are no hard and fast rules except don't be a twat. A gentle touch on the arm or leg, giving the opportunity to say no, is fine with us. The constant talk about misbehaving men says as much about the couples and men that can't be assertive as it does about the guys. Calling a touch sexual assault diminishes what anyone who has actually been assaulted has gone through.

"It's definitely not just blokes...we've seen hideously pushy behaviour from couples too. Luckily most people are respectful and polite but there is always the exception sadly. It's up to the people involved to be assertive if they are unhappy. T x " Very much this! On a recent one a woman just came up and groped Christine when she was climbing on me while her bloke watched.Less of an iissue than single guy nights though

I take that as a touch to get the person's attention- and consent for anything further. I also agree that people need to be more assertive and speak up. In my experience, a big smile and a "no thank you" works much better than a rude "fuck off".
