Getting to know clubs...

Glasgow

We have recently visited Infusions and No3 Club and had an absolute ball. Two totally different clubs but loved them both for different reasons. For various reasons we still consider ourselves to be new to the club scene.

How do you go about getting to know people at the club or in advance of attending?

What do you expect from a swinging club?

How do you show your interest in a play scenario at a club?

Am posting in the club forum but was interested to know what my fellow Scots views are

Gerrards Cross

Would be interested in the replies here. We did our first club night last night and it was great but there wasn't as much interacting as we expected. Chatting to other couples wasn't easy.

There...

Try putting up a meet advert for the night you're attending and check in the meets section who else is going the same night. If you can, send messages and start conversations which can be carried on whilst at the club. I never find it hard to strike up a conversation whilst in the bar or playroom - try compliments to those you like the look of - something as easy as 'great hair' can start a conversation. Chat as you would anywhere else then try flirting - remember that everyone else stood around may be shy and not know how to break the ice

Have fun

Come to the next fab Scotland weekend away if your in the hotel or travel down together in bus loads of conversations start there or downstairs in hotel round pool table all the women plot who what and where. At the bar is good but best in a club is find one your relaxed in find one that has round tables or seats both sides of table if your looking at someone conversation will follow and in my experience the women disappear for cigs/bar/toilet then when they come back your told right come on were going upstairs for some fun unless you would rather drink. If new to a club that's a great in ask about the club the players what goes on etc. ask about other clubs any reccomendations where people got they're outfit moan about lack of decent clubs north of border

Just pluck up the currage and go speak to people. If your interested in them ask them what there looking for. N you can let them know what your looking for. Things will happen naturally. Don't force it.
