The right place

I'm surprised that there are so few clubs in central London.

Is it property prices/rents that make them unviable?

It's not really in central London. But it's one I'd like to go to.

AbFabs or Paradise Spa? I suppose the second is a dressed-down one....the first one instead?

Cardiff

Le Boudoir...? Actually on the edge of the Congestion zone so about as close as they can get! You have to become a member in advance, but well worth a visit

It might not be a central club but there is also Our place 4 fun which is very close to Alexandra Palace.

Yup and getting a license.

Think about it, it's really only a weekend Fri & Sat thing for most, so what happens to the property the rest of the time?

F Club closed for this reason (high rent) and never reopened, as unable to find suitable premises/license/high rent issue.
