thinking of taking a trip down today as never been, but k really isn't sure what to wear there (know about the towels) so what would be recommended from those ladies who visit daytimes? ta

I used to dress up, but stopped as I used the hot tubs etc, so thought what was the point. Now it's just a towel

You get given a locker key on a band to put round ur wrist or ankle and most guys put condoms under that - if you run out there is a tub on the bar to help yourself

Or invest in your own Turkish sauna towel like I did and there's a little pocket on the front for such items

Don't be nervous, everyone is welcoming and they will do their best to make you feel comfortable. It is, to me, a really relaxed atmosphere in there and if you have any problems just let a member of staff know. Size is nothing, you're not massive and there will be people there who are bigger... be confident in yourself it's your body... love it
