I really want to pop my club cherry, and thinking about Angels. Is it a good place to go as a straight, single female? And what's the dress code there? Any advice appreciated.

Firstly it's not a "club" in the way that Chams or Xtasia is. It's a porn cinema. Sometimes sex goes on in there. Mainly it's gay sex but when a female turns up, then if they are game they can get some action too. I just hope that if that's what you are looking for you can be assertive enough to control the situation.

There is no dress code as such, you sit in your seat in a small cinema, and the guys around you will hope that you play with them. Some will make their hopes very visible.

To the post above, we are NOT a gay cinema, we are swingers club, as it is listed in the club section.

We don't even have a TV let alone a cinema due to the legalities from our local council.

Find this very amusing, seeing as this person has not ever attended Angels in Melksham, if they had then they would know this.

Angels is a great club! You will be absolutely fine as a single girl. Give the owners a call and they can recommend the best night for you. I'm thinking a Friday, more single guys but a Saturday is also good. Dress code is as wild as you want to be, some take a couple of outfits, getting racier as the evening goes on.

There are a lot of lovely people at the club, so when you decide to go perhaps 'advertise' your going and meet a couple or other singles there to talk to and make you feel a bit more involved.

We have been to Angels in Melksham on a number of occasions and it's a very friendly club. It's not massive, but there is space to keep yourself to yourself, plus the hot tub - which we enjoyed with several others on our previous visit. I'd definitely recommend it.
