Heading to Manchester for a few weeks.

Will be based near the airport.

What are the best swingers clubs (or even just pubs) to frequent in this area?

You have Amour in Manchester City Centre, Cupids in Swinton, Partners in Bury, Decadence In Rochdale and Adam and Eves in Eccles.

I've never been to decadence or Adam and Eves. But would recommend Amour due to its central location. Cupids is also a great club.

Check out the club reviews and make your own decision, or try them all. It depends on what you're looking for and how far your willing to travel.
