The new club when it's finished will be opening around the beginning of November.

The club will have a brand new 8 person Jacuzzi with over 100 jets, a waterfall. It has coloured lighting that can be changed to different colors. It has a built in mp3 system for playing music and speakers in each corner.

There will be a sauna and also a multi station gym for people that might want to work out before having a play.

The place will be more open to make it easier to move around to the different areas. There will be several playrooms, one of which has a two way mirror. You can see into the room but not out.

An orgy stage which will be open and in full view for others to watch. A gang bang room with a bed in the middle and space all round it.

An open cinema with settees for people to watch pornography which will be located near the playrooms. A few glory holes also located nearby.

There will be a dance floor for when we throw parties which will be a regular thing. Also a pool table and lounge area for people to chill out in.

The building used to be a nightclub so has a license to serve alcohol so will have a licensed bar and will be open till 3am. We will serve tea, coffee and select food as well.

When it's finished it's going to be very good and be the place to go.

The new building used to be a nightclub so there are no restrictions to the opening times which we expect to be open till 3am.

We will have a fully licensed bar as it previously had one when it ran as a nightclub. The nightclub had a licence for 430 people and we intend to reduce that to 200.

We will be running it as a swingers club and everything will be legit and above board.

The new club is going to be great, it's work in progress at the moment moving everything from the old to the new. We are currently building the rooms and the bar area. The new Jacuzzi and sauna is being delivered next week.

We intend to open when we have most of the stuff done and continue to improve on it over time. Whatever happens the new club will be a good improvement on the old one.

Update...

We have picked up a 6 person multi station gym today. Also 2 bicycles, a cross trainer and various other equipment. We are going to install it when we find an area for it.

The gym equipment will only be available to use during the day and people under the influence of alcohol will not be able to use it. At night the gym will be closed for safety. Under no circumstances must the gym be used when consuming alcohol.

Any thoughts on having a gym in a swingers club?

I like the idea of a gym, especially for daytime use, will give a fuller and good value rounded day visit, ( plus I'm quite a perve when it comes to watching guys work out) just really hope it's not at the cost of any play space , can't wait

Everyone involved is hard at work in the new club. Still a lot to do but we will get there.

The GUM clinic which is usually the first Friday of the month will still continue. As the old club is closed there will be no GUM clinic in October, we will continue it next month. You don't have to come to the club to use the GUM clinic as it's a confidential service and free to everyone.

Condoms and lube will remain free in the new club and free to anyone who needs them and again you don't need to use the club to access them.

Yes Jacuzzi is inside and ready to put in place. Unfortunately I had a accident and shattered my heel so I'm not going to be much help now. Will keep everyone updated on the progress still.

In the meantime I will be working on the new website which will go live when we open. The new one will look like the old but with updated details, pictures etc. We will be doing a free membership as well, ID required to attend etc.

I'm sure everyone else will be working as hard as they have been just wish I could.

I really think you should completely overhaul the website, it looks tired and dated. This is an opportunity to start afresh, with a clean slate, make it modern and flashy

Not long after his comment, a woman commented about same location and actually listed a few problems with the old place - same location, more direct and impactful negative comment, DIFFERENT SEX; the " chips" stayed down.

Whether said guy only sees negatives or not, the world needs such. What good is it to a firm, club, company, group, political party, country, etc, if all simply sang its praises and towed the line?

Lets be fair though _lacksausage, Had the guy been a bit less rude in the way it was written, perhaps he would of got a better response.

But just to put you in the picture, He had just previously put up a post critisising Infusions because the lady hosting that evening was a BBW. Personal comments like that aren't likely to win you many friends.

Now I agree the old club was getting run down looking and in need of work. Wouldn't it of been better to say good luck and offer any suggestions, instead of just complaining?

Update:

The Jacuzzi is going to be put in place tomorrow, going to be difficult squeezing it through but everyone will make sure it gets in position. Sauna and showers to be built after this. A place to find to build a room for the gym.

Playrooms are built upstairs and being insulted ready to plaster and paint. The guys are working hard to get this done. We are having carpet in the rooms at first with a view to having wooden flooring throughout.

Everything is work in progress and will take time getting the place exactly how we want it to be. We will open as soon as we can and finish the other bits as we go on. No opening date as been set as we want as many facilities as possible ready before we do.

Have read and re read.... And with the controversy surrounding the previous venture you/ Chris / I bulldog have done yourselves few favours ( included due to OP) moving a sex club with historic issues to a hotel then to an old nightclub which hasn't been planned very effectively judging by the posts, with contact Chris for prices and any other questions, seems a bit disorganised. A website that seems out of date with reviews dated 2013 and the proprietors trying to squeeze in a hashed together gym somewhere will not fill anyone with confidence. An opening date around 7th November then no opening date planned, a plan to reduce the capacity of a previously licensed premises (why?) and currently, unless someone can direct me to it ( Blackpool council website is a bit clunky so sorry if I missed it), no application for premises licence just seems a bit like hard work!

These days we all expect perfect information delivered perfectly so we can plan our busy lives and ensure a perfect experience. Currently this business seems to fall short of the mark!

Chris is in charge of his club and makes all the decisions on how it's going to be run. He's put a lot into it and needs all the help he can get from his friends to make it successful and it will be. Be patient and he will get there. He has lots of great ideas for it and will build on it when he does open.

Only been to a club once and it was connections a couple years ago. It was quiet but I really enjoyed it and planned to go again when I was down in August but took ill so didn't manage but definitely going to visit the new place when I'm down in August next year.
