We have been mondays and Tuesdays

Unless you have arranged a meet, very hit and miss

Bonus is you can rent a private room out for 20 quid most afternoons

Depends what you're looking for. There's always a good supply of guys, but that said very respectful. Couples regularly go so you shouldn't be alone, but as said by previous post you can book a private room upstairs.
