"I think good and bad feedback is very important and actually any good business should encourage this. We do actually have a sign up encouraging people to leave their feedback (good and bad) if they don't feel like they can speak to staff directly. How is a business supposed to improve if customers do not have a means of sharing their experience? Maybe you could adopt something similar as customers in every walk of life are used to being asked for their views. It's professional, it shows customers that you care and sometimes customers see things that you have never thought of! Some of our best ideas/improvements have come from customers " Honest feed back is what the clubs and event holders want. It is fantastic hearing you've had a great time or what you've loved, but, as I've been saying all weekend, 'If you don't tell us what's wrong, we can't put it right'

"A few. Why not? I'm always getting feedback requested cards from cafes and restaurants so it seems the done thing these days." I've been asked for feedback when leaving a club and been asked to review. I have no issue with it and will always be honest and constructive. It's my standard practise to review a club on fab every time I've been. I think it's a courtesy to staff for hosting for the evening and even if I've attended before, I've given an up to date recommendation. I ask for feedback of my clients every day at work. The amount of times I say 'have you liked us on FB?' per day, is unbelievable. Makes business sense to me.
