Xtasia - Purgatory

We are members of Xtasia, haven't been since new year(sorry) but we do have genuine reasons.

Anyhow obviously lots been going on with the club since then from what we read on here, and looks like more to come.

We are a bit confused though now by the events diary for some of the double events on a saturday nights. It appears if you go to an event at Purgatory, such as the under 35 Munch this weekend, you can't then go into the Main club? I get that their maybe reasons to control entry for some events that require certain membership etc and equally if the Purgatory event is very strict BDSM - you don't want people just wandering in from the main club who may spoil the atmosphere, but this seems a bit strange that if we attended Purgatory for a few hours and then decided we want to go for a dance and some swinging fun we couldn't.

Other question - now that more "features" are being added to the Pub venue and the space used there to add more rooms etc, is their plans to change any of the areas in the main club? such as the dungeon space there? We have always enjoyed our nights at Xtasia, but feel for the size of the club, the play areas are a bit restricted and too many rooms that are locked rooms, and equally being just in one area make it feel a bit like second you walk through the door, everyone pounces as it were. Its one of the features we like about the upstairs of Chams now, where they have the rooms that can just wander past as you walk around the club without feeling like youve walked into a play area.

Maybe the old dungeon could have the bed removed, and some of the play equipment and have a big round bed put in there like the round room at chams, with areas around the edge. Perhaps make the downstairs seating area into something, as you already have a sit down chill area upstairs, or even turn that room into a big maze that eventually leads into the couples room?

It be nice that some of the pub areas were made available to the club also.

Part of what makes a munch and much is that absolutely no sex or kink happens. So it makes sense in that case that it would be completely disconnected from any swinging night that was going on.

Id get that if it was hosted in flirts? but its in purgatory, how does kink not occur in a dungeon? I equally get that not want people wandering in and out, but surely Munch to club as a one way would be fine? Equally other nights not just the munch suggest the same, just curious as we not attended _tasia since the new bits opened, and if we saw an event of interest to us, to explore the new bits, we wouldnt then want to find that if it wasn't for us, or we just wanted to then move on later for a different type of fun we could...which is what I thought the idea of the two parts was for, Flirts as pre meet, then move onto the club for wild times! Equally after having ass whipped and tied to a frame - might then want to go somewhere with couple for some naughty fun after getting all horny from that!

You don't pay for a munch, so I'd imagine _tasia wouldn't want you going from munch to club without going outside and through the front doors.

Personally if I'm playing a hard kink scene at a fetish night, I don't want normal swingers able to watch. I play hard and I've had complains from people attending fetish nights about what I've done. The last thing I need is someone coming into a space that should be emotionally safe for me to play in and accusing me of things like abuse.

Keep the nights seperate on the harder nights but perhaps allow some mingling time on the gentler fetish nights.

I couldn't be myself if I thought that there were people wandering around who didn't get it.

(NB earlier this week I thought briefly the same as you, but having thought about it quite a bit I'd prefer that the clubs ran seperatly.)

Purgatory is in Flirts it is a new dungeon area it is not part of the main club area.

Lets try and iron out what we're doing for you...it is complicated, but good reasons for most of it.

The Xtasia complex, now incorporates Xtasia Club, Flirts bar, and Purgatory Dungeon. The club is reserved for swingers on most nights, except for the occasional big event on a Sunday. Purgatory dungeon is saved for the fetish events, but open to all to play in when there is no specific event. Flirts acts as a cross-over venue, where swingers and fetsters can chill together and try to understand each others worlds. Its for pre-play drinks, socialising, meeting new friends, and generally chilling out.

Flirts opens at 6pm Weds through to Sat, for drinks, and shortly for food as well (Mid Aug start). All members, and those wishing to join are welcome, be they swing or fet. Any fetish event we run in Purgatory starts from 8pm, and the Xtasia club also opens at 8pm. So from 8pm onwards people start to leave Flirts at their leisure to follow their chosen route for the night, be it swing or fet. At 10pm we close the doors of Flirts and ensure all swingers have left for the club, so the bar can then be used as the fetish social bar for the rest of the night. At this point we effectively have two clubs running, one for swing, and one for fetish.

To answer your question about wanting a spank and then some swing play, you can still do that in Xtasia, nothing stopping you as normal. What we need to do is keep swingers away from the very specific fetish events we run, unless they are completely into that fetish. Trust me, when fet start doing anal adventures or something, most swingers run! but welcome to attend if that's your thing, but not as a watcher only. Too many guys just stand around watching at these events, with no intention of ever joining in, and its very off putting!

If enough people show interest in doing both scenes, we will come up with a ticket price for both, but as yet no one has asked.

As for the dungeon in Xtasia...we're going to hang on for a bit and see if the usage decreases, we doubt it will, as many swingers enjoy the play down there without it getting very serious. However other ideas will continue to be looked at, but not quite yet, we have other rooms to build first, lol.

Thank you - makes more sense now, having not been for a while we just wanted to understand so we got it right on our next visit and didnt miss out on something! Still looking forward to seeing what other plans/rooms/areas you have planned, We love the busy nights at _tasia, but find the availability of play areas, voyeur areas sometimes limited, more open areas would be welcome, rather than additional locked rooms, that we personally(and this just our preference) don't understand why play in a room locke. The cage idea at chams a good idea, that allows control of access but equally voyeur

Following our first full weekend with events on at Purgatory, I thought I'd let you all know how it went.

Firstly Flirts is open to all members from 6pm through to 10pm on Friday and Saturday night, so we got a fair amount of cross-over, swingers and fetish players, all socialising in the bar. It was interesting to watch, the swingers a little taken back by the very forward play of some of the fetsters. However everyone seemed to get on, and a good number of swing asked about fet events that they'd like to attend in the future, so the cross-over period can work if you chat to others.

After 10pm, when we send all swing to the main club, it becomes Fet only. Both nights were a resounding success with some serious play going on. Lots more events planned for Aug and Sept, so if curious about Fet, or you have one little thing you might like to try, we've developed a second calendar on our web site that shows all these new events going on. Just maybe, we'll see a few of you there!!

Ok sounds, good and yes imagine putting everyone in the same room at flirts a good idea, as it gives the chance for swingers to have chance to talk to fetish and see if there is something that tickles their fancy!!

Just noticed the post regarding dedicated orgy room, on the calendar, could you explain a bit more on this? which room is it?

The large room downstairs in the club, in the play area. Its 130 sq ft bed area, and can get very busy towards the end of the evenings on Fri and Sat night.
