Probably about the worst place you could choose to open a club in the whole country

Spend the money on something else?

Swingers clubs aren't the money making schemes many think they are. They're bloody hard work, long hours, with a mountain of obstacles to overcome including licensing and planning consent, staffing, cleaning, security, bar management - the list is endless.

Many barely survive or struggle to make ends meet.

If you've no experience in the industry at all it's the last thing you want to look at setting up.

Agree with this! Ever though how Chams manage to turn their club around for and afternoon opening after being open until the early hours of the morning and clean all the hotel rooms as well? An army of cleaners who work their guts out is how! Have met them once when I was leaving one of the hotel rooms! Then there`s the laundry, don`t know if that`s sent away or done on site but think of all of those towels needing washing and drying!

And that`s just a start!
