Hi.

Can anyone give me experiences of cupids as a single guy.

Dont want to join if it is difficult as a single.

I know all clubs are different to different people.

Just interested in opinions

Its the same as any other club. If your willing to put the effort in by socialising then there is fun to be had but if your someone who just sits in the corner and follows people around your going to find it hard work.

Agreed!!

Stay at the bar and chat/socialise - don't follow women around in the 'cock conga' - and smile!!

Have fun!

Totally agree with this. The amount of new single guys I've said the exact same thing to and then they sit in a corner on their own and get nowhere. Paying an admission fee doesn't guarantee you get to play, you have to put effort in just like with any club. Stand by the bar and socialise, and if your talking to a couple talk to them both not just the lady.

I've been going to cupids for just over a year and thoroughly recommend it

Socialising is the answer.

However, not all couples or single ladies are friendly to single males so be prepared for the brush off!!!

Socialising is the answer, yes I will agree.

But will disagree about couples and single ladies not being friendly.

Civil and polite conversation and not grunting about sex will normally result in some friendly banter back.

I fully accept and appreciate that they not be proper interested in wanting to play (completely different things)

But it doesn't stop you being friendly and chatting and most people I have met in club's are friendly.

And going back to the OP.

Cupids is a great club, lovely place full of great people.

As a long time member (although I've not been for a couple of years!), I can STRONGLY recommend Cupids as a club that is friendly to intelligent sociable single guys!!

If you're able to treat a visit to a club as a social event, and regard anything else that may happen as a welcome bonus, then Cupids is an ideal venue!
