i don't know if anyone else has had one of these but just got a text message from some called Westwood no idea who they are.

Hey, I'm inviting you down to Flossin & Ballin part 2 @ WonderWorld MK on Bank Holiday Sunday 3rd May. Ladies free all nite! Hottest party eva! Phone was left here.

Has anyone received these and why are they sending text messages to party invites?

I get them from clubs and pubs. I think I accidental signed up to text alerts somehow.

We don't give our numbers to clubs tho so don't understand it. as my number is work and business combined. Also don't go to clubs in mk area

Careful with signing up to text alerts, many of them cost you money to receive them.
