Looking for advice.

Hi

We went to our first club this weekend and had a great time. We got to play a little and met some really friendly people.

Now we have a better idea of what we want we were hoping some of you might be able to point us in the right direction. We are based in Oxford but are happy to travel.

Things we want-

Friendly (obviously)

Doesn't feel too seedy (Would like it to feel a little upmarket).

Open relatively early (7-8pm or earlier even)

Has a dance floor in the social/bar area (not even sure if this exists but H feels like she wants to have a little dance whilst getting to know couples. Obviously not expecting Fabric but would be nice if there is an area which is actually used for dancing)

Has private rooms. (H would like to be able to take another couple away and give each other our full attention)

I don't feel like these are too demanding. VA seems like a good bet so far just don't know about the dance floor.

I was chatting to someone about abfabs this weekend. They mentioned that it's pretty big and can be a bit difficult to get chatting to people as everyone is so far apart from each other. Any opinions on this.

Also, they have a dance floor?

I've been loads of times and always found it friendly , especially the pool and yes there is a dance floor.

Xtasia in west brom has the biggest dance floor in the UK And as it is a nightclub has the more social / nightclub feel but also plenty of play areas

Libs is not too far away guys and has lockable private rooms along with a great dance floor pole and upmarket feel!

You forgot the fantastic staff too!!! And cracking bar prices, car bonnets sorry for denting one, hot tub, couples only area, grope area, dungeon etc etc....

Brilliant place out favourite

That's the one club out of all I have been to that I really really don't like.

Especially on event nights the social area and bar/ dance floor can be packed. I'm usually on my the dance floor after a few drinks!

When you day event nights what does that count as? We're looking at the frisky Friday night on the 24th.

We love the VA. every time we have been on a Saturday it has been busy. On the special events it is usually packed

Try the festival of fun last year we had a great time that weekend !

A little short on 'exclusive' private play areas but if you use one of their hotel rooms as well...... never been a problem for us.
