Hello everyone we have been going to a club an hour away from us.. we went 4 times and no luck. We had a few couples talk to us but this last time we went we felt really out of place...is it us....

We had a similar feeling until we met another couple who we clicked with and now we don't feel disconnected anymore.

Perhaps it's time to try another club? I've had some really uncomfortable times in clubs, which nearly put me off, and some fantastic times in clubs which renewed my faith.

Sometimes, it's good to get out and about and see what's out there!

Hi OP,

What I would ask is what were you looking for?

Is it that no one appealed to you? Or that you approached others and they rejected your advances?

The difficulty in any club that we have been to the trick is getting around to talking to someone without feeling like a stalker or that you are pushing them.

Sometimes we will talk to a couple in the bar area, other times we will go upstairs and start playing with each other, and others may join us or we may join them.

There is no easy way other than to approach a couple you like and ask them if they would like to join you.

The last time we went swinging was on Saturday. It was a fairly quiet night, cpls only, I think there were some regulars who were chatting in a group and maybe 8 - 12 couples who were all sat on their own.

I think it's easiest for the ladies to initiate contact, that may just be me, but in our experiences, the ladies talking to each other tends to be the most straight forward way to go.

In our circumstances a lovely lady from a couple complimented my wife on her stockings, which sparked a little conversation and we started talking to another couple about someone dancing in the club. We've no idea whether the first couple were interested, or simply complimenting the stockings. But generally a little conversation we take as an indication of interest and it means we are interested in you too.

The next part is simply about asking whether they would like to join us in the hottub, shower, bedrooms ,dungeon etc...

If they say yes we don't assume anything more than watching, it's only when we play that we will start to discuss whether touching, kissing, more is ok with them.

Generally we've done ok, but it will be different for different people.

Well we are both very shy and have trouble stating conversations I love to dance and dance very well like a stripper lol..Jess says it scares off other men...and Jess blames herself every time saying no one likes us because of her weight...we are looking for full swap and group sex.

Has the club got a website with forums or a community? Perhaps you can arrange beforehand to meet people there for a social. Speak to the club owners maybe and see if they can introduce you to some of the regulars if you're shy. Don't give up and don't feel out of place. It's most likely that the other couples feel the same as you do.

the first time we went was fairly quiet anyway - and we sort of hi how are you to a couple people and that was all - next time we stayed by the bar more and its easier to chat there- its a confidence thing and now we approach people (in a nice friendly way) and made a good few friends now - it doesnt happen overnight for most xxx just enjoy the facilities -

She should not feel that anything is about fault.

You are who you are and people will like or dislike you regardless of whether you are thin, BBW, skinny, athletic, muscled and more.

The hottest thing we find tends to be confidence. If you can even just compliment another couple to get a conversation going, once you get past the first few part of small talk, move onto something else. Not always sexual. Music, films, even the weather if you must. But once the conversation flows, then you can move on to inviting them to play.
