Cupids has a couples night on Wednesday so that leaves you with Amour (if they reopen in time) or Partners. Can't recommend Adam and Eve's because we've never been there but suggest you check out all three websites plus clubs in Rochdale if you mean Greater Manchester.

Adam and eves welcomes single males every night in there club and Wednesday nights are usually a good night with plenty of couples and singles

Adam and Eve's was the first club I went to but that was more years ago than I care to remember. Had some good times there over several visits and reports on here show it's still going strong.

mature clientele no they are not at all go back and have a good look the last 3 are 36 26 and 28

Not more in 50's, more of a variety of an age range I would say....
