Kestrels

Forum newbie so please be gentle

Does anybody know what Kestrels would normally be like on a Thursday, especially this time of year. We would appreciate your comments, good or bad

Hull but travel regularly

I don't go day time midweek so will leave that for others but just wanted to point out it's not open into the evening like mon-weds. Hope you enjoy it, I've just got back from an awesome night there lol xx

Thank you for your reply. We would only be going for the afternoon. This will be our first visit but we are limited when we can go. We were wondering if we should wait until the warmer weather appears

It depends what you are going for. Kestrels is a wonderful club (I was there on Sunday) and like most other clubs, attendance varies from day to day. As you would expect, in the summer a lot of people attend to soak up the sun on the lawns. Visitors range from the regulars, occasional visitors like me, people travelling to and from Heathrow, flight crew on enforced breaks and one off visitors.

Going when it's a bit quieter can mean there is less attention from single guys for the ladies and couples which can be ideal for people visiting for the first time.

If you are visiting to chill out then the heated pool, 2 hot tubs, sauna and relaxation areas are at your disposal whenever you attend (plus the free hot drinks).

If you are going to have a bit more fun it may be an idea to list your visit on the MEETS,EVENTS section here to find out who else may be considering attending at the same time.

Kestrels is a nice club as the poster above has said.

Sadly this time of year you can't sit naked outside & catch the sun. However, there's still plenty of places to chill and/or have fun.

I attend some Thursday's as this is my day off during the week. Usually there's about 2/3 couples & 3/4 men, that's how many were there on my last Thursday visit (2 weeks ago) but it does change.

Kestrels has just started 'Lingerie Thursdays' where the ladies can wear their sexy lingerie instead of being naturist or wearing a towel - if they do a free single ladies entrance voucher or half price voucher for a couple for any Tuesday evening can be obtained from Reception - have fun

we have been there once on an afternoon on a workday in winter.

for most of the time I was the only female and felt a bit under pressure.

I wouldn't do it again I think, in winter and on a work day.

only if I had a date with someone.

I think Thursday is the only day I've never been on. I think it's only open until 6pm and so is a less attractive option unless you're getting there early.

Outside sunny days of summer it can often be pot luck and as mentioned earlier if you're looking for guaranteed fun it might be worth posting a meet.

We did go on Thursday and enjoyed our time there, especially the pool. Most people we spoke to were friendly. There was one incident in the pool when someone grabbed Jayne deliberately. Not very pleasant. When we played in the dungeon it was like bees round a honey pot but all good fun and respectful. Would go again.

No not pleasant at all and it happens to me too. I just say don't touch without asking and that I'm a swinger not a piece of meat. I also never play with the person as they've shown disrespect. No always means no online and at clubs and if someone persists report them and the staff will intervene/ask them to leave. Hope otherwise it was a great experience x

If that happens or you start to feel uncomfortable then tell thr staff. They Always sort ot our.

Mrs sn had a chap following her all thr time, wearing a tshirt and just lurking. We asked him to leave us and he ignored our request and so we told the staff. Next minute he was leaving ...

It was unfortunate that it happened. I was taken aback by it but I didn't want to cause a fuss. It certainly never spoilt the day for us. We would go again when time allows
