Hi

Thinking of opening a adult only nudist caravan and camp site just on the boarder of the cotswolds. But not sure if there is much of a demand?

I think if you build it they will cum , word of mouth will help spread the word on here , would you allow play or just naturist as often like beaches they don't mix, we have been to 3naturist campsites they were very nice but none allowed play, obviously some play is arranged inside van and caravans discreetly but we love to lay in the sun and play openly if we like but naturist sites don't allow this,

Good for you,

Targeting your market would be key.... without alienating local residence...

Would guess swinging adult only site would be more discreet than a naturist one.

Also i,d fear naturist one would only encourage nosey tourists.

Also for need of discretion and privacy / security maybe a membership scheme??

Would guard against potential unruley guests.

But yes great idea, brave but I wish you luck.

I'm looking towards the swinging side really, the site I'm looking at is pretty much in the middle of big field with no view from the main road that can take about 40 units with electric hook ups and communal showers block. There would be separate toilet area with in the shower block. It would be a membership site to stop any turn ups, you would have to book before getting in. Still running the numbers and checking out where the local council would stand with it, as far as the locals go as long as it was discreet and kept with in the camp site I wouldn't think they would mind. It would bring a few quid to them

I wouldn't expect the local authority to be very helpful and residents no matter how isolated the place is. Will definitely not be happy.

Great idea! I have to travel all the way to Norfolk at the moment to my fave site.

Market it as adults only naturist site then have private party weekends for swingers etc.

really wish you every success in your new adventure, did you say Cotswolds??

Also are you considering an area for those who prefer tents and camping??

Make it an adult only nudist camp site and discreetly make it swinging. Local opposition from a minority would make it a hard struggle to get over do gooders . Objections. Plus until it gets established it will be hard to fill it up. A naturist site am sure if done correctly will be popular, once established you could run it as a life style venue with themed weeks in year. We would be very interested.

Naturist would be your bread and butter when it's comes to keeping the accountant happy. But there might not be enough swinging campers To keep the books balanced. It's very seasonal income, April til October and weekends as well. Will you be able to generate a year's income in less than 50 days

What can you offer naturists and/or swingers midweek and during the autumn/winter months? Spa facilities, function room for meet and greets, Christmas dinner, fetish nights, slave auctions.

Might be worth setting it up as a naturist site with adults/swingers only weekends, or maybe an adults only field, well fenced to keep kids out. After that it's 'wanderers beware'.

Agree with whats been said. I visit a few genuine naturist sites , and they struggle with making it work. So to reduce your market even more might be brave. Deff with themed weeks/weekends might make sense. Gems is the only swingers campsite I know ,but that is not naturist sadly. Good luck

Unless you have won the lottery, forget it. The clubs we go to are often quiet and they are not weather dependant.
