Check out London Alternative Market and London Fetish Fair. Both in London (honest, they are ). Both on Sundays, have after parties and are great for advice, classes etc.

AbFabs does a fetish night on the second Friday of the month, the BDSM crowd are usually out in force for that.

As above LAM and LFF are good starting places. But there are loads of events in the south east. Countless munches in and around London, club scene is in a bit of a state of flux as loads of the Vauxhall club venues have been lost, there is a decent event at Eureaka's once a month on a Sunday. The site that can;t be named has links to all these events
