Thinking of going to chams one night but I'm in central Birmingham with no car. Can anyone let me know public transport options or would I have to get a taxi?

south yorkshire

If you get bus/train tram to wolves you can get a taxi or bus from there to Darlaston. Or you can get a taxi from Walsall train station, best to have some numbers ready there though, I've had times when no taxis were in the rank Fir ages x

There's a bus from Wolves that goes right outside the big asda across the road from Chams. Can't get much closer than that!

Trains run from birmingham to walsall, wednesbury and wolves. Then either buses or taxis to chams.

However depending how late you stay your only option to get back might be a taxi as the buses stop running around 11 - 11.30 pm
