We were thinking of spending a couple of days at this retreat in the spring ...when the weather warms up, we live around 20 miles away and were wondering if anyone knew what there view was on swinging ..yes i know we could just ask them..but as a few from fab have spent time at Acorns we thought the best way was to ask here ..thanks mike

We are regulars in the summer, it is a naturist only, it would be very disrespectful to attempt any open play. Also you will need to be very careful when broaching the subject of swinging. Plus there are sometimes children there.

Of course there are children it's a naturist site. Without being rude we think your inexperience has allowed you to create a notion based on no knowledge of naturism, naturist sites, or anything else connected with naturism.

In France there are huge naturist campsites filled with families.

Nudists are nudist resorts. There not swingers so they won't be impressed

Maybe you realise that the stir you have caused is because you tried to cross swinging with naturism?

Any true swinger or naturist will know that they do not mix in the slightest and maybe people are surprised you did not seem to know that.

Discreet or not, they don't mix, especially in this country although in parts of Europe they are more relaxed about it.

We are member of a Midlands club.

A new single guy turned up one day and casually mentioned he was a swinger and thought there would be more fun going on in our naturist club. He didn't get to stay the whole session.

Like the majority think on here, there is a time and place for everything and we need to know that.

By the way, however apologetic the guy was after the event, he was never allowed back.

There were and are still families and children to think of.

Why, ffs? A lot of families are naturists. The thread has already told the OP that it is JUST a naturist camp, with no swinging or open playing at all.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with taking children to a genuinely naturist environment.

Or would you rather they grew up ashamed of their bodies?

It always amazes us that there are a lot of swinger clubs out there and naturist clubs seem to be closing and a majority of swingers assume they can make naturist clubs seedy. Lets keep them separate and keep naturist clubs for sunbathing etc and swingers clubs for fun, Don't try to mix them, we like proper naturist clubs and yes it is perfectly safe for children to go to them as a family.

Some one once asked why we thought children were safe at a naturist club. We answered how many underage pregnancies are there in the naturist world? NONE...How many underage pregnancies in the textile world? Bloody thousands yet naturist families are deemed the perverts? idiots. Sorry rant over

Hello,

Just wondered if anyone have been there lately as I am going for the first time next week and am quite nervous about it, I am afraid if I am going to feel out of place there as a solo male? I have done beaches but never campsite before.

I am going there to enjoy naturism lifestyle and sunbathe/chill out if the sun is out, not interested swinging at all.
