Yes lots of guys wear jeans. But smart ones. No holes etc and usually "designer"

I've worn jeans there loads, but I wear smartish slim jeans! Never designer either!

If it looks good or smart, no one is going to argue, except a horrible bouncer at a nightclub in Mayfair!
