Naive question maybe

Is it a case of who you know rather than what you know when it comes to clubs?

Basically we're a mf couple looking for a bi female or a like minded couple. We're from the south (in the middle of West and east) and have been asked whether we've been to abfabs and other clubs.

I think it's a good idea for us to pop along to a club as I'm up for making friends and think it would be a great icebreaker, but I have no idea where these clubs are or what goes on whilst there!

Are they usually at someone's house or are they at an actual club?

And most importantly do you think it'd be a good idea for us to go? I don't want people to think we're time wasters but we have even found it difficult to get offers for meets.

Thanks for taking the time to read, please be gentle

Take a look under the clubs section on here. They are proper clubs... not someone's house. Pick a club close to you, check their website for any special events such as newbie nights and such like. Or pick an evening when its only open to couples and single females, unless you want single males aswell. There is never any pressure to play, some people go just to socialise....

Clubs are great places to meet new people. There are quite a few round the country offering different things. Browse the internet....

Clubs are clubs, there are several types and if you go onto the clubs section on fab you will see a list with links to the clubs websites.

They are great places to meet people and most have play rooms you can go to if you are that way inclined.

You are in a bit of a blackspot for clubs but it is well worth travelling. And maybe try one when a social is on so other newbies. You will see some negativity about clubs on here but lots of people love them.

As already said look in the clubs section, there are loads of different clubs all with different attributes, people will recommend their favourite but consider what you want from a club

look for people asking for club meets maybe - if you have chatted on here to someone that is going you at least have people to talk to when you get there- awful being that quiet couple in the corner if youre a bit shy - we went to a social and met people there and chatted a bit - next one we had chatted a bit on here with some and met up with folk met before- we even got to play rather a bit -

There's a new club just opened not far from you guys in Portsmouth. We've not been yet but lots of our friends went at the weekend and rated it highly.

Lacondamia - it's called

If not there's a bunch of us from the South going to Secrets in November, your more than welcome to join us
