Logistics: You can attend Fridays (21:30 to 02:00) and Sundays (18:00 to 00:00). To join you need ID and its £25 for your entry fee and £25 for your annual membership

Etiquette: Like everywhere else really. Arrive nicely dressed as the main area is like a pub. If you want to go upstairs or downstairs to the playrooms and dungeon you need to be dressed down ie in shorts or a towel. You can use a towel of ours or bring your own. Lockers are a £5 refundable deposit for a key.

In terms of action, you only get out of it commensurate to your effort input. Don't go expecting anything other than to socialise and meet people and you may well be surprised. Its about mingling

Am looking forward to attending la chambre on the 26th with a friend of mine...out of curiosity after we are inside and say have been upstairs/downstairs....do we have to redress to sit back in the bar area?

Couples do not have to dress down at any point if you don't want to. But if you do strip off, you can return to the bar in any state of undress that you wish! Guys tend to stay in towels, ladies in their lingerie if they so desire. The dress down rule is for the single guys so its a more even playing field in the playrooms, given the ladies tend to make more effort to look sexy

That's cool then, as after we arrive, we probably will walk around in our towels. What time do you open on a Friday night and could I trouble you for the postcode??
