Not long ago I attended a club and sadly had an issue with another guest. The staff were informed, however they seemed more interested in brushing it under the carpet than actually dealing with the matter. What happened in my opinion went against every single clubs rules and etiquette policy so I was a bit surprised they didn't seem bothered.

I feel like more should have been done, but I'm not sure if there is anything I can do now as it's been and gone.

I'm not going to divulge what happened or where due to discretion but does anyone have any advice as to how I could approach the situation and to see if any action was taken on the other guest?

Hard to say without knowing.

Regarding the club I don't see how you can force their hand. It was reported they took the action they felt was appropriate, that's it as far they are concerned and I doubt you would get further there now.

I think now it's a case of do you just avoid that club in the future and take a lesson from it. I know we would never return to a club that had not felt with an incident to our satisfaction.

However, if this 'incident' broke the law then you of course could get the police involved...

Well there was no action really, they just kept saying they didn't want any trouble.

They made some fleeting reference to having the person removed but personally I'm not sure if they did that.

I guess I just have to decide whether I go back there or not myself.

Hard to comment without really knowing what happened but if you attended as a single fem clubs usually look out for them (and pride themselves on doing so as it's good for business) Personally I would not of left that club without it bring resolved. If that would of meant embarrassment for the club so be it. Now I would be putting an honest club review on their page. Not malicious but based on fact and how it made me feel. Hope you are ok.
