commercial spam masquerading as "posts"

if you look at the threads now being created on this particular forum.. it looks more and more like adverts for clubs than actual discussions....

its beyond a joke now

can there be some sort of admonishment for those followers of clubs or the clubs themselves that do this....

Would have thought the site owners would have tapped into this revenue opportunity with a dedicated forum on a pay per ad section.

The clubs charge good money for entry, and Fab is an excellent source of ready made paying customers.

Self restraint / policing obviously isnt working.

If you think it is report it though its a bit rich as you have often club name dropped in the past yourself.

Dropping a club name because you've been there sounds plausible. I've often thought there are an awful lot of good-looking people putting up posts asking who's going to be at such and such club on a certain date. I did wonder if they were to attract others and being paid for by clubs/spas. Ok by me if these people are going to be there and participate

I 100% agree and it puts you off even looking at certain parts of the Forum...

Too true the nearest offender to us id tease2 they have a staff and regulars group who bump anything to do with their club to the top.

ironically their better neighbors, both of them dont and they making money hmmm read between the lines we reckon!!

We've noticed the latest trick some clubs are using is advertising all weekend worth of events in one post. Then advertising events individually too! Surely this Makes a mockery of the one post per event rule.
