First timer looking for advice

BATHGATE

I have been toying with the idea of exploring the swingers club scene for a while now can anyone offer me some advice of best places to go to and best days and times for a first timer like myself to go to I should mention I'm bi and I have met a few tvs on here not sure if that has any relevance but like I say I'd like to explore the club scene I'm just a bit unsure of how to get started and a little nervous of the first time

Just to add it would be places in Scotland in my area so mainly Edinburgh or Glasgow
