I am trying to pluck up the courage to go to Kestrels - would anyone like to meet me there?

If you can't find anyone just go alone - you really won't need to find any courage... it's a lovely, laid back place. Take a deep breath and walk thought the door - just regard it as a 'spa day' then you won't be as nervous. Then if anything else happens whilst you're there, it'll be a bonus. Enjoy!
