Appropriate or not??

Just thought we would ask opinions on this. We went to a swinging club at the weekend, great club and we always have a fantastic time so please don't think we're giving the club a bad review, but in the couples room the bed (which would normally accommodate 6 couples comfortably) was completely taken up with 2 couples. One couple were asleep and the other having a chat about cancer, of all things! Anyone else think this is inappropriate, especially when the other couples in the room were trying to have some sexy fun squashed up on the chairs around the couples bed? It was a tad off putting to say the least!

I'm not sure how it could have been sorted out though.. They should have realised and been more self aware.

So not just us then!! We did consider telling the staff but they were so busy and I'm not too sure how they would have gone about tackling it! In hindsight we should have maybe said something but, again, how do you go about doing that?!! Tricky!!

Yes it was inappropriate... and selfish. We've come across similar before ourselves. A while back, Z and I were trying to have some sexy playtime in a room when two other couples who'd finished playing, started talking loudly and laughing about 'which way round to put contact lenses' and what they were having for Sunday lunch the next day. Most off-putting! I do wish people would take their post-coital conversations to a socialising area and have some consideration for those still playing.

Is inappropriate think you should have told the staff who could have acted rather than say something which could have resulted in confrontation.

Definitely, post coital conversation is good but there's a time and a place and usually the clubs have a social area which is an appropriate place!

I'm so pleased that the responses so far have agreed with us, maybe if it were to happen again, we would have the courage to challenge them!

We had the same thing in Xtasia. A group of people were chatting and laughing really loudly whilst we were trying to play. In another club we had two women spectators discussing working together really loudly and laughing. In my opinion if you aren't playing them either keep quiet or move somewhere else where you can chat.

That happened to me at Club Lick, it's closed now, me and a friend trying to get it on, in pretty much the only play area, 1 couple talking about the price of eggs and the other whether they should put their kid in a private school or not. Didn't really bother me until I started cumming (quite loudly) and they tutted at me!!

Definitely!! There are appropriate areas for chatting and socialising!

We find this a lot. I usually tell them myself that it is inappropriate. If they don't listen then I approach staff that will sort it. Its highly annoying!

Maybe childish but ........moved chairs , tables , whatever the furniture you were playing on right next to the people talking . Then go for it . Vocals on super high , moans turned up 100 notches .

Playing at Xtasia last year in the silhouette room when two couples piled into the camera room next door (complete with drinks) and started having a nice long social chit-chat.

Very off putting as we could hear every word and annoying too for couples wishing to play as it was a very busy night and space was at a bit tight.

Happens at a lot of clubs, people chatting and laughing in the play areas but the one that gets our goat is a guy just sat on a bed in a playroom watching the TV and pulling his pud, happened a couple of times at a certain club, waste of a play room

I think the OP was asking opinions on whether they would be overreacting by talking to staff or mentioning to the chatters how inconsiderate and inappropriate their behaviour was being... so I think they have, in fact, had a very positive outcome by posting in here.
