Hi guys - we're in Birmingham city centre - are there any clubs open today or near us?

There's Xtasia in west brom about 5 miles away from Birmingham city centre and chameleons in Darleston about the same distance and The Private Club in Aston. If you go to the clubs thread you'll find their websites and numbers to see if they are open when you want.
