15 mins south of Gatwick

Hi Fab World

We're thinking of making our 1st trip to Gems this weekend. Just wondering if anyone has ever stayed in one of their caravans?? And we understand they allow smoking inside the building - has this been an issue for anyone? All thoughts gratefully received, thank you. PM is fine too.

been only once, wife said never again.

We are no smokers. although our parents were. The air was full of smoke with little ventalation.. left after about 1hr
