I think you've done these threads to death now...why not approach the clubs direct? You will get a zillion and one peices of conflicting advice here and you cannot possibly cater to everyones needs or wants...you can access most club websites via the club section on fab

Would KFC tell mc dees what's in their 11 herbs and spices ? there are no short cuts hold a few then get feedback and hold better ones
