Central london recommendations for a club to visit?

I am visiting London for a couple of nights in March and want to make best use of the evenings one of the nights I am planning on visiting Our place for Fun, can anyone recommend anywhere else? Friendly and Central London (ish) ?

Was thinking maybe abFabs?

Any ideas please?

Depends which days you are in London. AdFabs is open on Mondays for Bi Night, and Tuesday and Wednesday without booking. On Friday nights you have to book in advance. Hope this helps.

Strange that there are so few places to go in London while there are masses in the Manchester area. Does this say something about people in the North compared to people in the South?

No. The demand is there but getting a club licensed appears ridiculously difficult.

I can think of three reasons why there are no swinger clubs in Central London: 1. Westminster council is conservative (with a big C and a small c) and they make licensing very difficult for any business they consider 'iffy', 2. property rental prices are astronomical, 3. A club would attract a massive amount of negative attention from the London-based press (imagine what the Evening Standard would make of it). It would be full of journalists trying to spot politicians and celebs.

It's a real pity we don't have a more accepting and liberal attitude, like in cities such as Paris and Berlin, but I can't see it changing anytime soon.

P.S., to the Op, we'd choose OP4F over abfabs. Much smaller and more friendly, and easier to get to by public transport and taxi from the centre. Have fun!

This is why Erotica was always so bloody tame. They did have total nudity on the stage one year and had to stop it the following year.
