Hello to all you wonderful swingers!

Right, I really want to open a swingers club! I know, I know, just another swinger girl with ideas for a club. Thing is, I think I'd do an awesome job at it! I'm looking into properties etc, but need help with what type of insurance I would need. I want to do as much homework as humanly possible (obviously) before I commit to anything.

Any advice would be gratefully accepted.

You really need to speak to someone with a club. We used to know someone many years ago that had one, was a great club but with changes in councillors, it got shut down

I totally agree. I just don't want the people who run the club thinking I'm muscling in on their action. I'm not like that, just want a awesome place for like minded people to let their hair down, be safe and enjoy!

I do have a feeling it will be a total nightmare with conditions, rules policies etc. I'm under no impression it will be a easy task.

It strikes me that a swinger's club in an area where the local authority/ police etc would permit it would be an ideal candidate for crowdfunding.

The 'crowd' needn't involve financial input for financial reward.

You might repay technical or legal expertise (etc) with reduced entry or whatever.

A lot of the successful clubs atm tend to be out of the way...Like on an "A" road or in industrial estates....local residents less likely to object I guess

Industrial units tend to work well. That's what our local club used to be in

That's what I've been looking into. When I've gone to a club, I'd prefer to be able to wear what I like and walk from the car to the club. Not cover up and leg it in front of joe public in a slutty outfit!

Try looking along the A127 corridor...it starts near Dartford (ish) and goes all the way up to Soutend way...a Big catchment area,,,

I know...but its the start of the catchment area that will go all the way through Essex towards Southend...and beyond

I'd say south/south east coast as well as that's quite a distance for anyone to travel to get to eurekas is still well over an hour away and £25 by train if you don't drive plus cabs.

Yes agree there...lots of people from Coast ( Southampton, Portmouth, for example) all screaming for a club

You're probably best communicating with the local council...some councils will not consider having those kinds of premises so it will be unlikely you'll get the appropriate permissions from them...lincolnshire is one of those so no matter how many hoops anyone jumps through, there will always be some reason for bring unable to open one...
